My name is Michael Kaliski - a Multimedia + Graphic Design instructor.
Prior to teaching, I worked as a Graphic Designer for 11 years in various roles, creating professional level design throughout that career.
I acquired my BFA in Visual Communication from Northern Illinois University, after first attending Elgin Community College. I received both a degree in General Studies and Computerized Graphic Design from ECC. I am currently pursuing an MFA in Design Thinking from Radford University.
My belief in teaching is that giving the students the belief that they can, to me, is the most important piece I can instill in them. I have been teaching - now this is multifaceted, they need the understanding of concepts programs and tools to even begin to have that confidence. ..
